Extended data:
In 2800 BC, the ancient civilization of China was born in the Yellow River Valley, and the rich Henan Province was the origin of Chinese civilization.
The Yellow River, which flows through Henan Province, was the traffic hub of China in ancient times. Huangdi and Yandu, the oldest tribal leaders in China, were born here. Even today, people in China still use the name "descendants of the Chinese people" all over the world.
The Yellow River, known as the "Mother River", has an unshakable position in the hearts of China people. The 5000-kilometer-long Yellow River broke through the last barrier and flowed into the vast plain, forming the cradle of Chinese civilization and becoming the land pursued by intelligent, hardworking and tenacious Chinese descendants.
After more than 2,000 years of ups and downs, the Yellow River Basin produced Luoyang, the ancient capital of 13 dynasty, Kaifeng, the ancient capital of 10 dynasty, and Zhengzhou, the economic center of the Central Plains.
In China's 3200-year history, there are more than 20 dynasties, among which more than 200 emperors proclaimed themselves emperors in Henan, leaving many precious cultural relics in Henan, three of which are listed as world cultural heritages, including Shaolin Temple, Longmen Grottoes and Yin Ruins.
