How to adjust the pressure of mechanical pressure cooker

The pressure switch of the electric pressure cooker is adjusted as follows:

Use a small screwdriver with a blade width of 1.8mm~2.5mm to adjust the adjusting screw of the pressure switch clockwise until the pressure switch is disconnected by electric shock (click), and then slowly adjust the adjusting screw of the pressure switch counterclockwise. When the contact of the pressure switch is completely closed (click), continue to adjust the adjusting screw of the pressure switch counterclockwise for 3~4 turns.

Put clean water not lower than the minimum water level control line into the pot.

Close and tighten the lid, place the pressure-limiting exhaust valve, and check whether the float falls.

Electrify and heat: When the float rises quickly, water vapor emerges from the pressure-limiting safety valve and hisses, turn off the power supply, carefully adjust the adjusting screw of the pressure switch clockwise from the bottom of the pot, stop the adjustment immediately when you hear the "click" sound of the pressure switch closing, and turn to the pressure-maintaining state after electrifying, and the adjustment is completed.
