Correct maintenance method of coke field mixer;

I. Daily maintenance

1. Wash the nozzles of internal and external valves with warm water or carbonated water, and do not use bleach.

2. Wipe the machine surface.

3. Wash the drain tray frame with warm soapy water.

4. Pour warm water into the drain pan and flush the drain pipe.

5. Check whether the syrup tube needs to be replaced.

6. Check whether the CO2 cylinder needs to be replaced.

Second, weekly maintenance.

1. Check the temperature of the beverage under normal conditions. If the temperature exceeds 4.4℃, notify maintenance.

Third, monthly maintenance.

1. Check the CO2 high and low pressure set points.

2. Check whether the sugar/water ratio needs to be adjusted.

Four, half a year maintenance

1. sterilizer.

2. Clean the condenser with a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush to ensure good heat dissipation of the machine.

3. Check the liquid level and cleanliness of the sink.

4. Unplug the water injection plug and observe the water level and cleanliness.
