How to disassemble and assemble Tiguan supercharger

You can take it down at the repair shop. The supercharger can be disassembled as follows. 1. Remove the lead on the negative side of the battery. Drain the coolant, remove the air filter 2, remove the clamp of the air flow meter and the air inlet of the turbocharger, and remove the air inlet pipe. Cover the open ends of the air flow meter and turbocharger; 3) Loosen the turbocharger, exhaust hose clamp, throttle body air inlet and air inlet hose clamp. Remove the hose of the turbocharger throttle body and block all open ends; 4) Remove the nut connecting the turbocharger with the middle exhaust hose and the nut connecting the front exhaust pipe with the turbocharger; 5. Remove the coolant nozzle; 6. Remove the fixing bolt of the turbocharger oil supply pipeline, the clamp connecting the turbocharger and the oil return arm, and the oil return hose; 7. Remove the turbocharger from the exhaust pipe. Note: When removing the turbocharger, please remove the engine oil-free hose. Need to go to 4S shop or repair shop to decompose.
