How to practice the breath of singing teaching? Teach you three tricks

1. lip vibrato exercise (doodle exercise)

This exercise may be a little unfriendly to beginners, but compared with the SI sound exercise, playing Du can better hear the uniformity of your exhalation. See the video below for details.

At first, you can practice without pronouncing and just beep. Remember to exhale evenly, which is actually quite nice. If the breath is uneven, the vibrato will be heavier and lighter.

Time control: Generally speaking, it is recommended to practice 10 to 20 minutes, and you can practice in groups, for example, three groups with 20 seconds each (the time is gradually increased according to your own situation).

Secretly tell everyone that when you can practice scales by playing Du, it will also help you find the correct pronunciation position (especially when finding the high-pitched position).

2. Weak sustain practice (SI sound practice)

There are two kinds of weak sustain exercises: silent weak sustain and voiced weak sustain. Silent and weak persistence: very simple, prepare a timer, inhale and exhale evenly to do Si (only exhale without making a sound). Sound weak sustain: the method is the same as above, but SI needs to make a sound. It is also required to exhale evenly.

Time control: 25 seconds for girls and 40 seconds for boys. Of course, the longer the better. Four-tone exercises can improve the problems of shortness of breath, buoyancy and shallow breathing. It should be noted that when you are out of breath at the end of practice, don't stop in a hurry. You can imagine how hard the rake is, so use this force to transmit the last breath evenly (be sure to hold on).

3. Rapid Breathing and Inhalation Exercise ((Breathing Exercise))

This exercise can make us feel a strong breath, because a song can't be flat forever, and there must be ups and downs. For example, some songs need to be turned to high notes, and you need this strength and breath to push you to the top of this high note.

In the process of practice, many children's shoes will have uncoordinated rhythms and make themselves like asthma. You can take a breath at first, suck it up, then spit it out quickly, and then do it coherently after you are skilled.

You can also blow the leaves to find the feeling, take a leaf, take a quick breath, aim at the leaves and exhale quickly (spit it out), and blow whichever one is blowing the leaves. In this process, you should feel that your abdomen is contracting rapidly when you exhale quickly, and your abdomen is expanding rapidly when you inhale.

Everyone can try these three methods. Don't pursue for a long time at first, pay more attention to the changes of abdominal muscles when inhaling and exhaling (it feels better to close your eyes). Practice rapid breathing and feel the impact of that force when breathing, and feel the feeling of rapid abdominal contraction.

Bad breath will inevitably lead to the following problems: hoarseness, dryness, damaged voice, inability to get up high and broken voice!

PS: Don't ask if you can learn songs without practicing. To be honest, I can't practice singing wool songs. It's ugly!

Finally, I want to tell you that you should practice for at least half an hour every day. The three methods can be combined. Don't worry, quality is more important than quantity. If you practice in the right way for two months, you will definitely see the effect!

Breath is really boring to practice, but it is the cornerstone of singing good songs. Without its support, it is useless to teach you more skills.
