Eight solar terms

The China lunar calendar divides the four seasons into twenty-four solar terms.

Spring has: beginning of spring, rain, sting, vernal equinox, Qingming, Grain Rain;

Summer includes: long summer, small full, boundless middle, summer solstice, slight summer heat and great summer heat;

In autumn, there are: beginning of autumn, Chushu, Bailu, Equinox, Cold Dew and Early Frost;

Winter includes: beginning of winter, light snow, heavy snow, winter solstice, slight cold and severe cold.

The first solar term of each year begins in February of Gregorian calendar, and the Spring Festival is also in early February. In other words, spring is counted from February of the Gregorian calendar. Three months per quarter, two solar terms per month. Late autumn 10. The dates of the two solar terms are regular every month. In the first half of the year (Gregorian calendar1-June), the date of the first solar term is generally around 6th, and the second solar term is around 2 1. In the second half of the year (July-65438+February), the first solar term is around the 8th, and the second solar term is around the 23rd. Spring rain surprises spring and bright valley days, and summer is full of mans and summer heat is connected; Autumn and summer dew and autumn frost, winter snow and winter cold.

The dates of the two festivals are fixed every month, with a maximum difference of one or two days. Come to six two one in the first half of the year and eight two three in the second half.
