How to solve the problem of severe engine jitter when turning on the air conditioner

Causes of engine jitter when air conditioning is turned on;

1. Throttle carbon deposit: The most common cause of engine jitter when air conditioning is turned on is throttle carbon deposit, which affects the engine. After the air conditioner is turned on, the engine load suddenly increases and the throttle opening expands. At this time, the dirty defect is enlarged, and the throttle opening is stuck or can't be opened in the correct position, which leads to the obstruction of air intake, which will reduce the engine power and finally become engine jitter.

2. Spark plug carbon deposit: After the vehicle is used for a period of time, carbon deposit will appear on the spark plug. If it is not cleaned in time, the engine output torque will be reduced and the air conditioner will shake. Soak the spark plug in a container filled with white vinegar for 2-3 hours, or 4-5 hours in severe cases. Then, find a hard brush, brush a few times and the carbon will fall off. Then clean it with gasoline, let it dry for a while, and it can be used.

3. Fan deformation or screw falling off: Check whether it is vibration caused by fan deformation and operation after the air conditioner is turned on, or whether the fan fixing screw falls off.
