1. First, remove the valve cover, crankshaft pulley and timing chain cover; Turn the crankshaft to the top dead center of 1 cylinder, screw in the crankshaft fixing screw and fix the crankshaft.

2. Secondly, rotate the intake and exhaust camshafts, and the rear end of the camshafts has grooves. Align the grooves of the two camshafts in a balanced way and clip in the special tool.

3. Then remove the old chain and install a new one. There is no sliding key on the crankshaft pulley. During installation, there is a round hole on the pulley, which is aligned with the groove on the chain shell.

4. Finally, the crankshaft position sensor can be adjusted. When installing, the clearance should be adjusted in place, otherwise a fault code will be reported. The crankshaft sprocket and pulley can rotate freely.
