Engine cylinder gasket replacement steps are as follows:

1. Remove the battery cable and drain the water in the water tank or cylinder (cut off the power supply of the whole vehicle).

2. Remove all wire sockets connecting the cylinder head (throttle valve, stepping motor, generator, fuel injector, water temperature sensor, etc.). Plug and steel wire, oil supply rack, oil inlet and outlet pipes, when removing the throttle valve, pay attention to two small water pipes below. )

3. When disassembling, first dismantle the shelter frame of the water tank (or don't dismantle it, see if your tools are good enough. You can also use a small ratchet wrench, a small 10 socket wrench or a small 10 wrench. First, install the brake, loosen the big screw on the front wheel of the crankshaft or start the motor with a power wrench to loosen the screw on the front wheel of the crankshaft. Remove the fan blade water pump wheel, and then remove the timing iron cover. Then remove the screw of the camshaft front wheel. Remove the timing belt when disassembling the belt tensioner. Remove the four screws M 10 that secure the iron cover. The timing portion is removed.

4. Remove the valve cover, and then remove the cylinder head screw. The order is to dismantle diagonally from both sides to the middle. It's the other way around.

5. When the cylinder head comes out from the upper end of the car seat, it is necessary to remove the main passenger seat and the iron cover at the back.
