Problems existing in 250 dead load double flush carburetor

1. Not idling, poor atomization of mixed gas, increased fuel consumption or no oil coming. This is because there is no regular cleaning and maintenance, which leads to serious fouling, blocking metering holes and oil circuits, and blocking oil supply.

2. The throttle valve is not closed tightly, the idle speed is too high, and the transition is poor. Check whether the fixing screw of the throttle valve plate is loose and the positioning of the valve plate. When installing, the lower edge of the placket should just cover the idle transition nozzle (long hole) to ensure the smooth transition of the engine from idle to light load. If the clearance between the throttle shaft and the hole exceeds 0. 20 mm, it should be replaced with a new one.

3. The wear and deformation of the drag hook of the acceleration pump affects the normal operation of the economizer, which makes the power performance of the engine and the economy of medium and small loads worse.

4. The idle metering hole under the first idle air metering hole is loose and the conical surface is not sealed, which will increase idle fuel consumption.

5. The acceleration nozzle is blocked, the steel ball of the oil inlet and outlet valve is stuck by dirt or the filter screen of the acceleration pump is blocked, which may easily lead to poor acceleration or difficulty in starting the cold car.

6. The needle valve of the main metering hole is not adjusted according to the requirements of the manual, which affects the engine working condition and fuel consumption.

7. The mating surfaces of the upper body, the middle body and the lower body of the carburetor are deformed, resulting in oil leakage or air leakage during operation, which leads to a decrease in power and an increase in fuel consumption. The mating surface of carburetor can be polished and installed.

8. The intake needle valve of carburetor float chamber is not tightly closed and the oil level is too high, so it should be replaced in time.

9. The float spring is too soft or too hard, which leads to the unstable oil level control in the float chamber, and the phenomenon of "choking oil" will occur when the car is driving on uneven road, so a suitable float spring should be replaced.
