What is the working principle of motorcycle engine?

The motorcycle can run mainly by mixing gasoline and air in the cylinder according to a certain proportion by the carburetor or electronic control oil supply system of the engine to form combustible gas with corresponding concentration, which is ignited by the ignition mechanism, and the pressure generated by the expansion of the combustion gas pushes the piston in the cylinder to move. When the piston has a certain stroke, it drives the piston connecting rod to do work, forcing the crankshaft to rotate and transmitting power from the tail of the crankshaft. Part of the transmitted power is stored in the inertia flywheel, and part of it is sent to the clutch through the transmission shaft (chain or belt), and then it is sent to the transmission by the clutch clutch control function. According to the specific requirements of motorcycle running, the transmission transmits power to the rear axle assembly through the rotation of the transmission shaft (chain), and the rear wheel (driving wheel) of the motorcycle can be driven to rotate through the passive gear in the rear transmission device to drive the motorcycle to run, as shown in figure 1-5655.

The basic principle of motorcycle work is that the engine constantly generates heat energy, which is converted into rotating force through the crankshaft connecting rod, and then the rear wheel is driven by the rotating force through the variable speed transmission device, and the motorcycle can be driven after overcoming the ground friction.
