Tomb-Sweeping Day's educational significance kindergarten
Tomb-Sweeping Day is one of the 24 solar terms in the lunar calendar. It is not only a festival to pay homage to and remember ancestors, but also a good opportunity to get close to nature, hike and plant trees to protect the green!
"The willow leaves are green, the peach blossoms are red, and the cold food is bright. Put on a wicker hat, draw eggs and fly kites after swinging. The suburbs are picturesque, and the whole family goes for an outing! " Accompanied by the nursery rhymes of Qingming Festival, the children walked on the field path, breathing the fragrance of wheat seedlings, feeling the gorgeous cauliflower, enjoying the beauty of willows and feeling the perfect scene of pink, willow and green; Planting, "building a house" for peas, and "adding green together" activities in the Woods have made children experience the environmental protection spirit of planting trees to keep green.
Tomb-Sweeping Day is also a festival to remember our ancestors. Parents and volunteers were invited into the classroom to teach their children how to make simple handmade flowers in the theme activity of "Walking for the Qingming Festival". Every child made a beautiful flower and dedicated it to the martyrs. Volunteers told the children the story of "burning bamboo fences".
The heroic deeds around us are gradually known to the children, and the children feel respected! The children took their handmade paper flowers and went to the Martyrs' Garden in Dingyan Town to "sweep the grave". During the activity, we paid tribute to the Monument to Revolutionary Heroes, observed silence, presented flowers and visited the Ding Yan Historical Exhibition Hall. Vivid stories and deeds are truly presented to the children at this moment. The names of hundreds of soldiers are arranged neatly, and the glorious history created with blood will always be remembered in the hearts of children!
Tomb-Sweeping Day is not only a traditional festival, but also a journey to find love. The Qingming theme activity of "Walking" makes the children in Dingyan Town feel the influence of China culture, wash their hearts in customs, nature and memory, and bring endless knowledge and strength.
