1. Spray the sludge and carbon deposit in the main channel with carburetor cleaner.

2. Manually open the valve plate of the electronic throttle body, and spray and wash the position where the edge of the valve plate is blocked.

3. If the dirt accumulates for a long time, it will gradually harden (such as the end face of the valve plate and the inner wall of the throat), and it is difficult to completely remove the carburetor cleaner. Please wipe it repeatedly with a soft cloth.

4. Put the cleaned electronic throttle body into natural air drying or blow drying until the liquid in the main channel is completely volatilized.

It should be pointed out that:

● It is forbidden to clean the electronic throttle body in cleaning agent, and it is forbidden to use ultrasonic cleaning.

● Genuine carburetor cleaner must be used. It is forbidden to use cleaner substitutes containing methyl ethyl ketone or other highly corrosive substances or any homemade cleaner.

● It is forbidden to spray at the bearing hole of the valve plate, and it is forbidden to splash the cleaning agent on the bearing hole of the joint and the valve plate.
