What are the legal holidays in China?
1, the national legal holidays are eleven days a year, as follows:
(1) New Year's Day, holiday 1 day (65438+ 10/day);
(2) Spring Festival, with a holiday of 3 days (the first day, second day and third day of the first lunar month);
(3) Tomb-Sweeping Day, holiday 1 day (the day of the Qingming Festival);
(4) Labor Day, holiday 1 day (May 1 day);
(5) Dragon Boat Festival, holiday 1 day (the day of Dragon Boat Festival in the lunar calendar);
(6) Mid-Autumn Festival, holiday 1 day (the day of the Mid-Autumn Festival in the lunar calendar);
(7) National Day, 3 days off (65438+ 10/0/kloc-0, 2, 3).
2. Legal basis: Article 40 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Law.
The employing unit shall arrange employees' holidays in accordance with the law during the following festivals: (1) New Year's Day;
(2) Spring Festival;
(3) International Labor Day;
(4) National Day;
(five) other holidays as prescribed by laws and regulations.
Second, how to calculate overtime pay?
1. If workers are arranged to work longer hours, they shall be paid no less than150% of their wages;
2. If workers are arranged to work on rest days and cannot be arranged for compensatory time off, they shall be paid no less than 200% of their wages;
3. If workers are arranged to work on legal holidays, they shall be paid no less than 300% of their wages.
