Precautions for electronic throttle

The electronic throttle is controlled by electricity. During the working process of EFI engine, a small part of exhaust gas produced by combustion in the cylinder will generate carbon deposit at the throttle body through the intake valve and intake pipeline.

In addition, after the air passes through the air filter (especially the air filter that has been used for a long time), impurities will remain in the throttle. When these dirt accumulate, it will form dirt on the throttle body for a long time, which will lead to the increase of throttle switch resistance and unstable engine idle speed. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the throttle regularly.
