The specific adjustment is as follows: remove the fan cover, loosen the mounting screw, insert the feeler gauge between the brake armature and the yoke assembly, adjust the normal working air gap, tighten the mounting screw to clamp the feeler gauge, and then tighten the hollow bolt from the yoke assembly to make its hexagonal end face close to the motor end cover. At this time, it is suggested that the feeler gauge can be freely inserted into and pulled out of the air gap. Adjust the positions of all hollow bolts according to the above steps, and check several times with a feeler gauge until the air gap is even. Finally, turn on the brake power respectively. After electrifying, gently turn the drive shaft by hand, and there is no abnormal sound. Generally, as long as the "beep" sound is heard during the engagement or disengagement, it can be considered that the air gap is adjusted evenly (the air gap of motor brake below H 132 is 0.4~0.6mm, and the air gap of motor brake below H 160~H280 is 0.6~0.8mm).
