How to disassemble the air inlet pipe of 20 18 Chery tiggo 8?

First remove the air outlet pipe of the air cleaner, unplug the throttle valve, pull out the connecting vacuum pipe of the air inlet pipe, unscrew the fixing bolt, and finally remove the air inlet pipe together with the gasket.

The specific disassembly steps are as follows:

1. Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe.

2. Unplug the connecting plug of the throttle control unit.

3. Unscrew the fastening bolt of the throttle control unit and remove the throttle control unit.

4. Pull out the vacuum hose 1 connected to the brake booster on the intake pipe, loosen the clamp (as shown by the arrow) and disconnect the vacuum pipe connected to the activated carbon canister on the intake pipe.

5. Unplug the connector of the intake manifold pressure sensor, unscrew the bolt and remove the intake manifold pressure sensor.

6. Unscrew the fixing bolt on the air inlet pipe bracket.

7. Disconnect the wiring harness on the intake pipe.

8. Unscrew the fixing bolt (arrow) of the air inlet pipe and remove the air inlet pipe together with the gasket.
