What are the taboos on the day before the Spring Festival?
In the past, some people called the day before the four solar terms of beginning of spring, long summer, beginning of autumn and beginning of winter the "Four Musts". The so-called "absolute" is not suitable, not suitable, that is, "taboo." Then, "doomsday" refers to a big taboo day, as opposed to "auspicious day".
So, why do some people call these four days "the last day"? Because these taboo days are mainly concerned by ancient astrologers, in their eyes, the day before these four solar terms is taboo day, because these four "taboo days" are: Wang Mu in beginning of spring, Wang Mu in the long summer, Jin Wang in beginning of autumn and Jin Wang in beginning of winter. So these days are not suitable for any major activities. They think that if there are important events, we should choose another day.
