How to lengthen the style of ps?

1. First open the image to be processed.

2. Secondly, select filter menu, stylized submenu and wind filter.

3. Then, in the Wind Filter dialog box, you can adjust the parameters of wind direction and force, and set different parameters until the required stretching effect is achieved.
