What kind of musical instrument is Kurka?
Khukh is not a musical instrument. It is a kind of drumstick (drum stick) used by Mongolian traditional percussion instruments. Kulka is widely used in Mongolian music and is one of the indispensable percussion instruments for many percussion players. Kulka is usually made of wood or bone, with different shapes at both ends, one thin and the other thick. This design allows the performer to freely change the timbre and intensity as needed.
