Standard for management fees of construction units

Legal analysis: the management fee charging standard of the construction unit is the management fee for the preparation, construction and production preparation before the completion inspection and acceptance by setting up a management organization separately after approval. Generally, it includes: employees' wages, wage surcharges, office expenses, travel and transportation expenses, labor protection expenses, tools and appliances use fees, fixed assets use fees, sporadic fixed assets purchase fees, production workers recruitment fees, labor insurance expenses incurred by the construction unit, unemployment insurance funds, retirement pension funds, technical books and other management expenses.

Legal basis: Article 2 of the Construction Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall abide by this Law when engaging in construction activities within the territory of People's Republic of China (PRC) and exercising supervision and management over construction activities.

Construction activities mentioned in this Law refer to the construction of various buildings and their ancillary facilities and the installation of supporting lines, pipelines and equipment.
