It is difficult to take care of family holidays and need to be on duty.

1, the working environment is depressed and the work pressure is high. Prison management used to be lax, but now it is too strict. Every day, all kinds of assessments, memorizing content, just like going to high school. If the inspection is unqualified, points will be deducted and posts will be suspended. Many frontline prison guards have a bad attitude.

2, it is difficult to take care of the family. You can't bring your mobile phone to work. It's difficult to contact you if you have something. Your family is fine in the county where the prison is located. Otherwise, you will have to go home in a short time, work long shifts every day, and often leave the unit for standby after work, which makes your family angry. Prison work is not conducive to family harmony, and you will not make any changes.

3, the night shift hurts the body. There are usually 4-5 night shifts a month. A night shift is very long, 14- 16 hours is normal.

Holidays and weekends are none of our business. Everyone works in shifts. When it's your turn to have a holiday, there is no fixed holiday time.

5, physical health will decline faster than normal people, hard work, high pressure, and many elderly policemen are prone to sudden death.

If it is acceptable, the prison is not bad, but it is really a far cry from the work outside.
