Five major Buddha statues in China

The five largest Buddha statues in China: the Eastern Giant Buddha - Jiangsu Lingshan Giant Buddha; the Western Giant Buddha - the Sichuan Leshan Giant Buddha. It is on the west wall of Lingyun Mountain in Leshan City, Sichuan. The Buddha statue is a seated Maitreya statue carved into the mountain. It is 71 meters high and has a shoulder width of 28 meters. It steps on the Minjiang River and its head is on the cliff.

The Chinese Giant Buddha - Henan Longmen Giant Buddha is located in Fengxian Temple of Nanlongmen Grottoes in Luoyang City, Henan Province. It is a seated statue of Lushena Buddha. It is 17.14 meters high. The giant Buddha has a plump face, long eyebrows and long eyes, and the corners of his mouth are slightly raised, showing his concern and wisdom for the world.
