Brief introduction of enzyme digestion technology
DNA is the genetic material of eukaryotes and consists of deoxynucleotides. It is a double-stranded complementary spiral structure, and the directional restriction enzyme technology is to cut DNA fragments with restriction enzymes. Because of the specificity of enzymes, an enzyme can only recognize a specific deoxynucleotide sequence, so it can be used to cut the corresponding DNA fragments, thus achieving the goal of directional cutting.
