Pumpkin hemp ball

Ingredients: 200g glutinous rice flour, 30g sugar,150ml boiled water, white sesame seeds.

Exercise:

1: First, prepare 150ml of boiling water, pour 30g of sugar into boiling water, stir to dissolve, pour glutinous rice flour, stir into a flocculent state, knead it into a smooth glutinous rice balls, and cover it for proofing10min.

2. Knead the glutinous rice balls into strips, cut them into even small pieces, then hold them in your hands to form a ball, and then knead them into glutinous rice balls (it is better to add some water to your hands).

3. Prepare half a bowl of water, soak the prepared dumplings in water and immediately pick them up, then put them into white sesame seeds, shake the pot of white sesame seeds to make the dumplings roll around and wrap them with white sesame seeds.

4: Rub the white sesame seeds with your hands a few times, so that the white sesame seeds will not fall off when frying hemp balls.

5: Pour enough cooking oil into the pot and burn until bubbles appear at the bottom of the pot. Put the hemp balls in one by one and start frying. Don't use too much firepower at this time, just a small fire.

6. Slowly fry until all the hemp balls float, then press all the hemp balls to the bottom of the pot with a filter spoon and put them down, so that the inside of the hemp balls is heated evenly, which is also the most critical step in making hollow hemp balls. Press it a few times more, and the hemp ball gradually becomes bigger, and the hollow of the hemp ball is formed.
