Practice of authentic Shanxi glutinous rice cake

Material: glutinous rice 250g.

Seasoning: salt 1 spoon, yuanzhen sugar and osmanthus.

1. Soak glutinous rice in advance 12 hours or so.

2. Drain the water pan and steam for about 40 minutes.

3. After steaming, add a proper amount of sugar and a spoonful of salt and mix well.

4. Grease the mold and spread a layer of mixed glutinous rice.

5. Spread a layer of peanut and sesame stuffing.
