What is Eight Yoga?
Eight branches yoga has a history of more than 800 years. Its essence: throat breathing, staring point, three bundles (closed jaw, closed abdomen, closed yin). The bunching method is used to generate breath energy, which is controlled into the path. Gazing point is used to keep attention during practice, reduce the external influence on the heart and achieve a high degree of concentration. Ashtanga yoga practice follows an ancient and fixed practice sequence, and its arrangement in sequence structure is very scientific and reasonable. The first part, the sun-like standing posture, enables practitioners to establish the concepts of breathing, closing the beam and condensing the viewpoint, and establish the stability of the legs; The second part is sitting exercise, which transfers the foundation of the body from the foot to the ischium, and can improve the stiffness of the back by bending and twisting forward. The third part is the handstand three-dimensional exercise, which transfers the foundation from the ischium to the head and shoulders, turns the body over to strengthen the visceral function through three bunching methods, and finally enters the corpse to relax.
