Several Provisions of the People's Court of Hua Shuang Municipality on Standardizing the Supervision and Management of "Four Types of Cases" (for Trial Implementation) Article 1 The "Four Types of Cases" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to cases under any of the following circumstances as stipulated in the Supreme People's Court's "Several Opinions on Improving the Judicial Responsibility System of People's Courts":

(a) group dispute cases that may affect social stability;

(2) Cases that are difficult, complicated and have great social impact;

(three) cases that may conflict with the judgment of this court or a higher court;

(four) the relevant units or individuals report cases of illegal trial by judges.
