There are Xinglong Mountain, Taohua Mountain and Dazhai Mountain in the south, Foyugou and Tongshan in the east, and seven famous springs in the north, such as Dengzhou Spring, Wangshui Spring, Donggaoquan Spring, Dukang Spring, Shuangtao Spring, Ximizhi Spring and Shiwan Spring.
Jinan, also known as Quancheng, is a prefecture-level city, provincial capital and sub-provincial city under the jurisdiction of Shandong Province. It is a central city in the south wing of Bohai Rim approved by the State Council and a political, economic, cultural, scientific, technological and financial center of Shandong Province.
Jinan has "seventy-two springs" because of its numerous springs, and is known as "lotus flowers on four sides and willow trees on three sides, half a city with mountains and lakes". It is a tourist city with unique characteristics of "mountains, springs, lakes, rivers and cities".
