2. Bidding management

According to the Bidding Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Measures for the Administration of Bidding for Highway Engineering Survey and Design, Measures for the Administration of Bidding for Highway Engineering Construction in supervision bidding, Measures for the Administration of Bidding and Evaluation for Highway Engineering Construction, Guiding Opinions on Improving Bidding and Evaluation Methods for Highway Engineering and Measures for the Implementation of People's Republic of China (PRC) Bidding Law in Jiangxi Province. In the bidding work, adhere to the law and punish illegal acts according to law. 3. Supervision and management

According to the Code for Construction Supervision of Highway Engineering promulgated by the Ministry of Communications, this project is subject to social supervision. There are four senior resident supervision engineer offices in the main project of the whole line. There are also supervision engineer's offices for housing construction and electromechanical engineering. The project office and the bid-winning supervision unit determine the relationship between entrustment and entrustment through the supervision contract, so as to perform their respective duties, work independently, respect each other and cooperate closely. Supervision engineer and contractor are the relationship between supervision and supervision.

4. Engineering quality management

The quality target of this project is that the final acceptance quality evaluation grade is excellent. This project implements the quality management system of "Owner is responsible, government supervision, social supervision and contractor self-inspection". The director of the project office is fully responsible for the leadership of project quality, and is the first responsible leader of project quality. The chief engineer in charge of technology and the deputy director in charge of the project are the direct leaders who are responsible for the project quality, and the engineering department is the functional department that supervises and manages the project quality.

The senior resident supervision engineer is the person in charge of directly managing the project quality, who has direct management responsibility for the project quality, and signs the responsibility book for the project quality management with the project office.

The contractor is the person directly responsible for the project quality, and signs the quality responsibility letter with the project office. The project management department implements the project manager responsibility system, implements the three inspection systems of "self-inspection, mutual inspection and handover inspection", and implements the quality management system of "horizontal to edge, vertical to bottom and effective control".
