In Ningxia, Shuifa pooled funds to build the Ningxia Xiji modern agriculture one, two and three industries integrated development demonstration industrial park, becoming the largest agricultural industrial park in Ningxia, known as the east-west collaboration Luning sample, successfully helping Xiji County out of poverty.
