There is no water in the water heater at home. How can I add water to it?

There is no water in the water heater, so the method of adding water is as follows:

First, open the hot water outlet valve or (and) water mixing valve of the shower head, and adjust the water mixing valve to the hot water outlet state.

Open the cold water valve.

If you hear the sound of running water and water flows out of the outlet at the same time, it means that water has entered.

When water enters, it is normal for the water outlet or shower to have the sound of ejecting air. Waiting for no air at the outlet means that the water heater is full of water. At this time, the outlet valve can be closed, the heating temperature can be adjusted, and the electric switch of the water heater can be turned on for heating.

When using hot water, the cold water inlet valve should always be open and cannot be closed. The water inlet valve is closed, and the water outlet valve cannot discharge water!

When hot water is not used or heated at ordinary times, the water inlet valve should always be open; If the water heater is shut down for a long time, the water inlet valve can be temporarily closed. The water heater is still full of water. As long as the water inlet valve is opened, the electric heating and hot water can be turned on at any time without refilling.

The water heater is a closed system. Only when water enters can water come out. If you open the inlet and outlet valves, you can't hear the sound of water. It may be that the pipeline is blocked, the valve is faulty, or there is no water in the pipeline. You need to find out the reason and try to repair it.
