(4) The whole grate has good sealing performance, which can prevent air leakage and crosswind between air chambers, and the air volume of each air chamber can be adjusted independently, which is convenient and practical.

(5) The grate surface is flat, and the grate pieces overlap each other and are arranged closely, so it is not easy to leak coal or drop pieces; The grate can be easily replaced without stopping the furnace.

(6) The ventilation cross-sectional area of the grate is large, generally reaching about 10% to 17%, and the combustion is extremely sufficient.

(7) The grate has no rear axle and eagle iron, so that the rear part of the grate is not easy to be damaged in the furnace.

(8) During normal combustion operation, there is no need to stir the burning coal seam at the position of the furnace door on both sides of the furnace wall.

(9) It has the performance of breaking coke and slag in operation, and the carbon content of slag is 5%~8% lower than the average value of any grate.

(10) The uniform air distribution technology of large chain furnace is particularly critical to ensure uniform combustion.
