In October of the golden autumn, with the mandate of the Tai'an Education Bureau and the people of Tai'an, a group of 26 of us came to Wuxi.

In Wuxi, I was assigned to the same group and the same school as Principal Liu Fengbao of Xinhu Middle School in Dongping, Principal Jiang Gang of the First Middle School in Gaoxin District, and Principal Wang Zhihao of the Second Experimental Middle School in Ningyang County. The school we were posted to in Wuxi was Donglin Middle School in Liangxi District, Wuxi. The goal of our attachment in Donglin Middle School is to learn from Principal Ye Yingfeng - to be the assistant and shadow of Principal Ye Yingfeng, and to retrieve the true experience of doing education from Donglin Middle School.

In Wuxi, the first thing I saw was the former residence of Qian Zhongshu and its culture. Secondly, it is Donglin Middle School and the culture of Donglin Middle School.

Qian Zhongshu's former residence is on the right hand side of Donglin Middle School. The diameter from Donglin Middle School is only 50 meters. When I visited Qian Zhongshu's former residence, I was most impressed by two couplets and a family motto.
