How to eat northeast pancakes?
Northeast China is often called omelet. It consists of mung bean pancake, egg and jelly (fried dough sticks) or crisp jelly, with batter, chopped green onion and Chili sauce (optional) as seasoning.

Ingredients: proper amount of flour, a little baking powder and chicken powder, two eggs, two deep-fried dough sticks, chopped green onion, coriander and garlic.
