① A container (preferably a sealed barrel) that can hold at least 10 kg of water; ② 0.5 kg of brown sugar; ③ Sterile clean water10kg (deep well water, cold boiled water or tap water left for 24 hours); ④ Special strains for Yifuyuan fermentation bed 1 bottle.

Step 1: First, put 7-8kg sterile clean water into the plastic bucket.

Step 2: Boil the remaining 2-3kg of water to completely melt 0.5kg of brown sugar, and then pour it into the plastic bucket in step 1.

Step 3, pour the special strain of Yifuyuan fermentation bed into a plastic bucket, stir the bacterial liquid and seal it.

Fourthly, controlling the temperature between 30 and 40 DEG C and fermenting for about 4 days. If the temperature is between 20 and 30 degrees, the fermentation time is 7 days.

Step 5, after purchasing the ph test paper for 5 days, open the container to detect the PH value, and the PH value is within the range of 3.5-6, that is, the fermentation is successful. If you don't have ph test paper, you can pour some fermentation stock solution to taste. Sour taste indicates successful fermentation. Generally, fermentation for 7 days is better.

Note: The water for melting brown sugar can be prepared freely according to the conditions, and the total weight is 10 kg.

[Usage and dosage]

1. Preparation raw materials: several kilograms of bacterial liquid in Yifuyuan fermentation bed, 80-90% of inert substances (non-perishable substances such as sawn timber, rice husk, peanut shell, broken straw and corncob), and 0/0-20% of nutrients (such as wheat bran, rice bran and corn flour). 0.3% deep soil, 2% salt.

2. Uniformly mix half of the bacterial liquid in Yifuyuan fermentation bed into the prepared water, and the other half with 10 ~ 20% nutrients (wheat bran or rice bran corn flour, etc.). ) until the humidity reaches about 50%.

3. Mix inert substances (such as sawn timber) and nutrient substances (such as wheat bran mixed fermentation bed bacterial liquid), and spray Yifuyuan fermentation bed bacterial liquid diluted with water while mixing. Generally, the humidity of evenly mixed padding is about 50% (if you hold the padding with your hands, there will be water droplets in your hands, but they will not drip down).

4. We pile the padding in the third step together, and then seal it with plastic film for fermentation. Ferment for 2-3 days at a temperature above 20 degrees Celsius. If it is lower than 20 degrees Celsius, ferment for 3-5 days. Generally, controlling the heap temperature at 30 ~ 50℃ indicates successful fermentation.

5. Finally, mix the fermented padding and loess evenly and put them into the circle.
