How to draw a fishbone diagram of a patient pulling out a catheter
1, Prepare a blank piece of paper and drawing tools, such as a pencil and a straightedge.
2, Using a straightedge and pencil on the paper, draw a vertical line segment which will be the main part of the catheter.
3. At the top of the line segment, draw an arrow shape using a curved line to indicate the part of the catheter that is inserted into the patient.
4. At the bottom of the arrow, draw some horizontal curved lines along the vertical line segment to form the shape of a "fishbone".
5. At the end of the horizontal lines, the side holes of the catheter are indicated by short straight lines and small semicircles.
6. If desired, details can be added to highlight the catheter and the patient's body parts, such as drawing the patient's abdomen or the location where the catheter was inserted.
