How to control the concentration of flexographic printing ink
Concentration: generally refers to the color concentration, the color is darker;
Viscosity: refers to the thin consistency, which is too thin to print and dries too fast; It's too thick to dry.
To control the printing quality stability of ink:
1, adjust the required color concentration and viscosity according to the dilution ratio of 30% and white 50%, or according to the requirements of the pattern, measure the diluted viscosity with a Charn cup and make records;
2. During the printing process, measure the viscosity every half hour and add 3% thinner each time;
3. When there is enough ink, use an air pump to circulate the ink for printing; 、
4. If the conditions are good enough, control the indoor constant temperature and humidity, the temperature is 25℃ and the humidity is 65 5%.
