What is a hydrological test?
Hydrological test refers to all kinds of technical work of systematically collecting and sorting out hydrological data, among which hydrological test in a narrow sense refers to the observation of hydrological elements. Hydrological test includes: ① establishing and adjusting hydrological station network to obtain various data of hydrological elements; (2) To study hydrological test methods, formulate unified technical standards, observe hydrological elements accurately, timely, completely and economically, and sort out hydrological data; (3) Developing all kinds of testing instruments and equipment for hydrological testing, so as to observe the changing law of hydrological elements more comprehensively and accurately; (4) water level observation, flow test, sediment measurement and observation of water quality, water temperature, ice condition, precipitation, evaporation, soil water content and groundwater level; ⑤ Carry out regular patrol tests on some road sections or places that do not need station tests; ⑥ Carry out hydrological investigation, including human activities that affect the water regime, such as water storage capacity, water intake, flood detention, flood diversion, breach and so on, near the investigation station and above the river basin.
