Xiansha fish ball honor beer

20 10 April, the Dongguan Municipal Government approved the inclusion of "Xiansha Fish Pill" in Xiansha Village, Gaobu Town in the second batch of municipal intangible cultural heritage list.

As a traditional handicraft skill, "Xiansha Fish Pill" won the opportunity to be selected into the municipal intangible cultural heritage list with its unique and exquisite selection of materials, meticulous craftsmanship and unique taste. The municipal intangible cultural heritage list has built a broad stage for the inheritance and development of this traditional cuisine.
