Two cleaning and drying methods of waste plastics

There are two main methods for cleaning and drying waste plastics: mechanical cleaning and manual cleaning, but some waste plastics can only be cleaned manually after plastic recycling, and some waste plastics can be cleaned and dried mechanically.

The first method is to clean the waste plastic in a sink and remove the loose dirt attached to the plastic surface with a mixing machine; For the dirt firmly attached to the surface, you can first pick out a large piece, then crush it with a plastic crusher, soak it in a hot alkaline solution tank for a period of time, and then rub and collide with each other with mechanical stirring to remove the dirt. Finally, the washed crushed waste plastics are sent to a centrifuge for drying.

In the second method, the waste plastics are sent to plastic crusher by the conveyor belt, coarsely crushed and sent to the large separation section, and the sand and gravel are submerged in the water and sent away at regular intervals. The floating material enters the wet mill through the conveying roller, and then enters the sedimentation tank. Anything heavier than water will be separated, even the smallest particles, to achieve the best cleaning effect.
