Traditional festivals in China have a long history. Once the date of the festival is fixed, it will remain unchanged. Although it is accompanied by the change of dynasties and times, the time of festivals is unchanged. 2. Rich in content and diverse in forms.

In terms of folk time classification, traditional New Year's Day festivals are divided into three categories: people, ghosts and gods. People's Day includes Spring Festival, Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival, focusing on human activities. Ghost Festival includes Tomb-Sweeping Day, Mid-Autumn Festival and October 1st to commemorate the dead. There are three festivals of God: March 3rd, June 6th and September 9th, with the emphasis on offering sacrifices to gods. According to the types of festivals, traditional festivals in China can be divided into agricultural festivals, sacrificial festivals, celebration festivals and entertainment festivals.
