Characteristics of European realistic sculpture ~! ~

My personal understanding of realistic sculpture is relative to abstract sculpture and image sculpture. Mainly based on the understanding and induction of objective things, the author uses specific expression techniques to convey what the author wants to express. But realistic sculpture does not mean copying the model completely. Due to the transformation of materials and colors, for visual expression, it is definitely necessary to use expression techniques according to materials to reproduce. In addition, even concrete appearances are summarized by the author, and they are expressed with different emphases according to needs. Even surreal sculpture is an understanding, induction and exaggeration of more subtle structures. It can be said that realistic sculpture is only more figurative on the surface and closer to the model. But it also includes the author's understanding and organizational construction. Abstract and image sculptures highlight the author's understanding, refinement and organization of the body, and can even be exaggerated to be quite different from the original.
