The writing background of "Jinggang Bamboo"

Writing background: Jinggangshan is known as "the cradle of the Chinese revolution" and "the cornerstone of the Chinese People's Republic of China."

As one of the demonstration bases for patriotism education in China, it has also become an ideal classroom for revolutionary traditional education and patriotism education.

In June 2009, the poet came to Jinggangshan, deeply remembered the great achievements of the older generation of revolutionaries, traced the footprints left by the Red Army, and wrote this poem.

Original text: Green Bamboo in Jinggang Ran Changchun There are two clumps of bamboos on the red soil of Ciping, with their roots breaking through the rock and thousands of poles sprouting out.

The decapitated body is still holding up fire, and a torch will set the prairie fire in Kyushu.

Notes: ① Ciping: In October 1927, Mao Zedong led the Chinese Workers’ and Peasants’ Revolutionary Army to Ciping and established the first rural revolutionary base.

Ciping became the center of the Jinggangshan military base area and the seat of the party, government, and military leading organs and rear units of the entire revolutionary base area.

The ancient Chinese divided the country into nine regions, so it was called "Jiuzhou".
