Ou Xinu was originally the head of Heqi Ancient Pavilion in Chaoan Town. He is familiar with orthographic opera music. At the age of 24, he was invited by the Gong and Drum Hall to spread art and provided a lot of orthographic opera music. Most of the existing 18 sets of tracks are orthographic music ensembles. Characteristics of Chaozhou gongs and drums The musical style of Chaozhou gongs and drums is beautiful and clear, combining rigidity with softness. Suona, the leading instrument in the band, takes a straw as a whistle and has a soft pronunciation. Drum art, which combines boxing and fencing in China, is unique.
