1. Lift the floating arm upward. If the water stops flowing, the problem is that the float ball cannot be lifted high enough to press the valve plunger into the float ball valve. Among them, 1 is mostly caused by the friction between the floating ball and the side wall of the water tank. If this is the case, please bend the floating arm slightly so that the floating ball leaves the side wall of the water tank.

2. If the floating ball doesn't touch the water tank, please hold the floating arm and don't let go, and then turn the floating ball counterclockwise to take it out from the end of the floating arm. Then shake the float to see if there is water, because the weight of water will make the float unable to rise normally. If there is water in the float, please throw it out, and then reinstall the float on the floating arm. If the floating ball is damaged or corroded, please replace it with 1 new floating ball. If there is no water in the float, please put the float back to its original position, and then gently bend the float to lower it to a low enough position, so that the float can prevent new water from entering the water tank.

3. If the above steps can't solve the problem, please check the water tank ball plug at the flushing valve seat. Chemical residues in the water may prevent the ball plug from moving to the proper position, or the ball plug itself has rotted. Water will seep into the bucket below from the opening of the flush valve. Close the water shut-off valve of the toilet, then flush and empty the water tank. Now, you can check the water tank ball plug for signs of wear, and install 1 new ball plug if necessary.
