1, create a new transparent file with pixels of 15*5, as shown in figure 1 Fill, and then click Edit-Define Pattern Points to confirm;

2. Use the marquee tool to draw the range of lines to be drawn, click Edit-Fill, and find the pattern you defined under the pattern menu to confirm, and the broken line will come out.
