1, pig bone soup:

The steps of pig bone soup:

(1) boiling water, adding pig bones, blanching to remove blood and impurities;

2, beef bone soup:

Materials: beef bone 1500g, onion 300g, corn 400g, ginger 200g, rice wine 1 cup, water 6000ml;;

The steps of beef bone soup:

(1) Wash beef bones, blanch in boiling water, and remove blood;

(2) Pick up the pig bones by the method of 1 and rinse them with clear water for later use;

(4) Put the beef bones from the second method, the corn from the third method, the ginger slices and all the seasonings into a pot and boil them;

(5) Turn the fire to low heat and continue stewing for about 40 minutes, filter out the materials, skim the floating foam and take the soup.

Step 3 stew chicken soup

Materials: chicken skeleton 1200g, onion 1, 2 carrots and 6000ml; of water;

Chicken stew:
