Materials: soybean, soymilk machine, gauze, gypsum powder, tofu mold.
1. Soak soybeans in water overnight before beating soybean milk. Wash the soaked soybeans and pick out the bad ones.
2. Add water to soybeans, 100g soybeans add 900 ml of water, and pour it into the soymilk machine to make soymilk. The squeezed soybean milk is filtered with gauze to remove bean dregs.
3. Boil the soybean milk in the pot. After the soybean milk is boiled, boil it for another two minutes, and then turn off the heat.
4. Stir the gypsum with water. After turning off the fire, cool the soybean milk to about 95 degrees. Pour in the gypsum water without stirring, and let it stand for about 15 minutes. Slowly, there will be tofu pudding.
5. Put the tofu into the tofu mold covered with tofu cloth, wrap the gauze and put the heavy objects.
6. Tofu can be taken out in fifteen minutes. If you prefer hard food, press it for a long time before taking it out.
