The controller is used to display and control fermentation conditions. According to the equipment of fermentor, it can be divided into mechanical stirring aeration fermentor and non-mechanical stirring aeration fermentor. According to the needs of microbial growth and metabolism, it can be divided into aerobic fermentation tank and anaerobic fermentation tank.
